1. Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of this website, as well as all related platforms and booking channels operated by Milani Malone and Finance Faerie LLC (collectively the “Site”) is subject to the following terms, conditions, and all applicable laws.

By purchasing Finance Faerie LLC products, templates, digital assets, or service(s), you signify your explicit consent to these terms. You acknowledge and agree that your financial transaction constitutes a prior, fully informed, and legally binding contract. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use this website or purchase any assets or services from Finance Faerie LLC.

2. Sale of Digital Products

• All digital products, onboarding assets, training videos, strategy guides, templates, and proprietary document frameworks (collectively referred to as the “Content”) are maintained for your personal use and are the exclusive intellectual property of Finance Faerie LLC.

• Upon successful payment confirmation, you will receive immediate, automated access to download your digital product, onboarding asset packet, or proprietary program documentation. This grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license for personal use only.

• You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, republishing, distributing, modifying, or downloading any Company Content or proprietary systems for commercial use, resale, or redistribution to realize a profit without express written permission from Finance Faerie LLC.

3. Payment Terms

• All payments must be rendered through the authorized payment processing gateways specified on our website, verified direct invoicing platforms, Zelle, or Apple Pay.

• Full payment or authorized onboarding retainer deposit is due at the exact time of purchase. Access to digital onboarding documentation frameworks is provided instantly upon checkout. Initiation of active professional consulting services, profile evaluations, and custom file execution will be fulfilled strictly upon the completion of all agreed balance terms.

4. Absolute No-Refund Policy & Chargeback Waiver

• All Sales Are Strictly Final. Due to the immediate allocation of corporate resources, instant provision of access to proprietary onboarding documentation, asset preparation, and the exclusive reservation of dedicated service capacity, refunds will not be provided for digital products or active professional services under any circumstances.

• By completing a purchase or submitting an onboarding deposit on this Site, the Client certifies they are the authorized cardholder and explicitly waives the right to dispute this transaction or initiate a chargeback with their issuing bank, credit card company, or payment processing gateway (including but not limited to Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe, Square, or Apple Pay).

• Any unauthorized attempt to reverse, dispute, or claw back payments constitutes a fraudulent breach of contract. Services will be terminated instantly with a complete forfeiture of all fees paid, and the Client’s verified electronic signature, tracked IP address, device fingerprints, and digital download history will be used for legal collection escalation and credit network recovery.

5. Service Timelines, Cancellations & Communication

• Active service turnaround times are strictly estimates, can vary significantly, and are entirely determined by your individual file and credit profile depth. Finance Faerie LLC can NOT guarantee specific external third-party underwriting timelines or approval decisions. Client communication, prompt document submission, and active participation are mandatory to achieve service excellence.

• Delayed service delivery due to profile complexity, client-initiated incompletion, or client-initiated service abandonment are completely ineligible for refunds, reversals, or cancellation credits.

• If your purchase includes live strategy or onboarding calls, you are entirely responsible for scheduling them. All bookings are non-refundable. If you must reschedule, you must email contact@thefinancefaerie.com no less than 48 hours before your call. Failure to attend your scheduled slot or request a reschedule within the 48-hour window results in complete forfeiture of your call slot, time allocation, and associated retainer fees.

6. Client Conduct & Service Refusal

• Finance Faerie LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any individual or entity at any time, in its sole discretion. Disrespect and client misconduct are grounds for immediate termination of service and complete forfeiture of your full retainer/payment.

• Misconduct includes, but is not limited to: harassment, profanity, defamation, breach of confidentiality, failure to reply appropriately, or failure to respond to administrative requests from Finance Faerie LLC on time or at all. Any such misconduct will result in immediate system expulsion and file closure.

7. Privacy, Confidentiality & Testimonial Likeness

• The Company and its representatives will keep all of Client's personal, profile, and financial information strictly confidential, secure, and private. We will never sell, lease, rent, or assign your data to third parties for any use whatsoever.

• Name & Likeness Authorization: By participating in our programs, leaving a public review, or submitting file updates and transformation details, the Client explicitly authorizes Finance Faerie LLC to use their first name, written statements, quotes, or stylized results screenshots for marketing and promotional purposes across our digital platforms and social media. Client releases the Company from any claims of invasion of privacy or copyright infringement regarding the promotional use of these submitted reviews/results.

8. Liability Limitation & Third-Party Platforms

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS OWNERS, OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, RELIANCE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL USES/DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, FORESEEABLE OR NOT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, REPLACEMENT SERVICES, OR CLAIMS FOR SERVICE INTERRUPTION OCCASIONED BY ANY DEFECT IN THE SITE, OR PERFORMANCE PROBLEMS CAUSED BY THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS (INCLUDING WEB HOSTS, SOFTWARE UPGRADES, OR PAYMENT GATEWAYS LIKE SHOPIFY, STRIPE, OR PAYPAL). ANY SUCH PROBLEMS SHALL BE GOVERNED SOLELY BY YOUR INDEPENDENT AGREEMENT WITH THAT THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER.

9. Legal Disclaimer, Earnings Disclosure & Venue

• This program is not intended to be used as a method of defrauding banks, creditors, or any organization that requires identification, nor is it a method to avoid paying your legitimate, existing, or future debts. If you created the debt, you are responsible for repaying that debt. Finance Faerie LLC does not support, facilitate, nor condone any fraudulent activity. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice or services. You must do your own follow-up research to ensure you are complying with all Local and Federal laws.

• Any income examples or success stories provided regarding our educational assets (including Credit Privacy Secrets Course or Content) are for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee future earnings. Success is entirely dependent on individual effort, dedication, marketing execution, and variable market conditions.

• This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina. You further submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Richland County, SC.
